Stable latch doors, wood flooring, beams, steps up and down into rooms, log burner, shuttered windows plus a few other quirky qualities add up to its attractive uniqueness.
The Cottage provides spacious comfortable accommodation sleeping six adults, plus we have a large wooden cot for a baby/toddler in the main bedroom. We have 2 lounges one for the adults and one for the children.
Living Room
Living Room with comfortable leather sofa's (one reclines), a flat screen smart TV with Freeview, DVD player, DVD's, scart & USB sockets. Enjoy a log burner in the winter months for cosy nights (We supply logs and kindle).
Dining Room
Dining Room seats 6 plus a highchair, local books, reading books, DAB radio/CD player, 2 comfy armchairs to relax in while reading (or dozing!).
Play Room
Play Room/Second Lounge with a comfortable Next sofa, a flat screen TV with ROKU, DVD player, Children's DVD's, Children's table and chairs & plenty of puzzles, books & games.
Kitchen
Fully stocked Kitchen with everything you would need. Dishwasher, Washing Machine/Tumble Dryer, BOSCH oven with gas hob, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, toaster and kettle and a dining table to seat 4.
Bedroom 1
Bedroom 1 Ensuite with WC, washbasin and Large power shower, King-size bed with a spacious wooden cot for a child up to the age of 3. Large wardrobe, chest of drawers with changing area, bedside drawers and a chair

Bedroom 2 Large double room with two single beds, a built in wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bedside drawers and a chair

Bathroom (upstairs) with WC, washbasin, separate bath and shower.
The ground floor also has a toilet.

I'm afraid smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the cottage, it is restricted to the outside areas only.
Dogs
We are happy to accept our four legged friends at The Old Mill House, up to a maximum of three dogs
We provide dog bowls and Welcome treats for them to enjoy.
We have a doggy cupboard at The Old Mill House where you can find throws for sofa's, a doggy towel if needed and toys to play with
Dog Fee - £30.00 per stay up to a maximum of three dogs. No charge for assistance dogs.
The Old Mill House has wooden floors downstairs - easy to keep clean.
Can we please ask that dogs do not go on the beds due to hygiene.
